Mold Assessment
Lab analysis of indoor air quality includes official Chain of Custody (C.O.C.) documentation utilizing various sampling methods such as air cassette, summa canisters, tape lifts, or cotton swabs, along with bulk samples of suspected mold substances as needed for the project.

HERTSMI-2 (Health Effects R of Type-Specific Formers of Mycotoxins and Inflammagens sampling.

Screening and Testing Process:
Step1- Cell Phone/Face Time or ZOOM calls available for initial screening.
Determine if on site visit is warranted.
Provide Price Quote for On-Site Assessment.
Step 2 -On Site Assessment to determine action plan with assessment type, sample quantity and time required for sample acquisition.
Provide written estimate.
Step 3 - Onsite sample and specimen collection.
To include:
Air Samples, Cotton Swab Samples, Tape Lift Samples, Thermal Desorption Tube Sample, or Bulk Item Samples.
Samples are then sent to an Accredited Lab for Analysis.
Official Chain of Custody is created.
Step 4 - Presentation of Final report with Lab analysis and detailed action plan or remediation plan.
Detailed written report provided with Laboratory Analysis and Recommendations included.
